Our Team

  • Nicolette - President/Founder

Nicolette has been trying to figure out how to help wildlife for over 20 years. She’s done all kinds of cool stuff, like train animals, study psychology, and conduct research on how behavioral science is used in zoos and aquariums. Ok, so maybe she’s the only one that thinks that’s cool, but it’s all helped her to navigate the tricky world of environmental sustainability and create Practically Eco. She has a Master of Science in Environmental Sciences, with a focus in free-choice learning and behavior change, from Oregon State University. Nicolette also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis, as well as an Associate of Science in Exotic Animal Training & Management, Animal Behavior, and Wildlife Education. To learn more about her journey, sign up for our newsletter (she shares a ton on there) or request her CV here.
